FORMing Conversations consists of archival conversations from artists within the festival, and is an opportunity to gain an intimate look into the insights of an artist’s process; revealing, demystifying, and bringing you, the audience, into the journey of their productions.

In this conversation, the artists speak about their film projects, expanding on their inspirations, process, and speculate on future works. Solara explains her intimate connections to her film’s audio, which is a song recorded by her mother, and how this song shaped the course of her narrative. Lauren and Thomas go into their fascination with clown art, as well as analyze the relationship between performance and film.
