Connect with the community and help sign people in who are attending some of our free workshops. Then join our workshops and assist the facilitators by being present and active participants. This could mean contributing to a discussion or being the first to share during an activity. Bring your willingness to engage and connect!

Guide people to where our Technology and Interaction exhibition is for any of our opening, or closing days, as well as the daily gallery hours. Ticket scanning, and audience counting assistance needed on the opening and closing days of the gallery for the receptions.

As F-O-R-M expands to co-present a screening with the Polygon Gallery we are offering the chance for our audiences to travel together to attend the screening. We will be coordinating a meeting time to gather at the South side of the sea bus and travel over to North Vancouver together via public transit to arrive for the films. Help us gather people together and transit from one side of the city to the other.

Following the Opening and Closing screenings we will be celebrating the voices of F-O-R-M 2023 with small gatherings. Help set-up decor, organize catering, and point people in the right direction to the parties, or enjoy the party and help assist in a speedy take-down as the evenings wrap up.
